I too had all of your problems for over a year until finally the last resort was a transplant which I had 2 yrs ago. However vision is still very low and still have the same problems. Constant pain irratation, etc. I'm with you I am now seeing doctors in NY . Will advise if they have new treatment. You seem to be contact lenses intolerable now. Try strong lubricant drops they seem to help some.
