Has the urologist checked or considered that your daughter could have Intertitial Cystitis---it mocks bladder infection but doesn't respond to antibotices and keeps coming back because it is a soreness of the bladder lining---I was treated for 7 years for infections and now know it wasn't infections---it is rather hard to detect but detection (for me) was the begining of managing it.
