our daughter will be 7 on Friday and last year she began to get continuous urinary tract infections, her symptoms were the same as you described and she also had a stomach ache. All her tests came back normal also and her Kidneys were fine. I spoke to the school and they let her use the bathroom as often as needed because holding it is a cause, we do not do baths at all only showers and if she complains that it burns to urinate or if she begins going a lot we take in a urine sample these stratagies have helped so far and we have been infection free for almost a year. She did not have the bed wetting problem, but she will become panicky about not being around a restroom because she does not like to hold it.
