Urinary tract infections

My 7 year old daughter has been having continually recurrent UTI's for the past 3 years. She has been seen by a Specialist who is regarded as one of the best we have. She has had all relevent tests done on her and no abnormalities have been found and her kidneys are ok. Her symptoms are bed wetting, smelly urine with a very distinct odour, mild fever and headaches. She has been prescribed Bactrim and Ceclor and has been given Ceclor as a preventative but she still has break through infections. Can anyone shed some light on this problem for us? She is very careful how she wipes herself but nothing tried so far seems to help. Can anyone shed some light on this for us? I am very concerned about her being on antibiotics for such a long period of time. I would be very interested to hear about possible natural remedies to assist since it appears that the Medicos can't help us beat this problem. Are there any other people out there with children going through the same thing?
