have you read about alpha immunokine ? It is produced by Phylomed Corp. and claims to help progressive MS. It has been around for 10 years and there are allegedly very few side effects. Also an interesting site is "the Myelin Project" at Boston University. Worth looking in on every few months to see how the research is progressing.
