Ginger
I take 20mg a day of Zestril and it works great for me! Have been taking it for the last year. Was on another high blood pressure med but it was a beta blocker and since I was going to be starting Allergy shots 2x's a week I had to go to a non beta blocker. I am female and 37 years old. I have been on blood pressure meds since I was 20.
