Hi-based on your SSD experiences-why do you recommend attorney? My husband been sick about 9mo now and work comp dr refuses to diagnose RSD even though all attempted treatments continue to fail to be of assistance. Dr always says"just in case this is RSD"-we have applied for SSD but dr claims insurance carrier for workers comp refuses to allow him to "address my husband.s disability" so he just writes "N/A" in diagnosis and disability sections of paperwork. Also the local pain clinic has decided that his condition is too far progressed for them to help him--so still searching for effective pain control so he can participate in therapy. Any advice regarding attorneys and SSD helpful and and Dr recommendations if in KS or MO area-Thanks
