If you're not getting any satisfaction you should go and talk to the Patient Representative if you're talking about the VA doctors. I work in VA in another state and if you're not satisfied with the treatment then the next step would be to talk to the Patient Representative to look into the problem. The Patient Representative is usually found in the Medical Center Director's office of the hospital.
