I have had problems with my sinuses for over 6 months. Antibiotics did not help at all. But what did help was discovering what brought it all on. I discovered that those Air Wizards I was using were the culprit (because once I got rid of them, I improved) What they do is.... pour oil out into the air, you breath it in, and germs are staying in the sinus cavities because...having oil in your nose (because that is what happens when you breath the oil they pour into the air), It prevents the bodies natural defenses to work.Because when your hair in your nose gets coated with this oil, it cant filter out toxins or allergens. And your sinuses get overwhelmed and sick. Anyone with upper resporitory problems should be aware of this problem ...because any oil that is collected into your nose prevents the hairs from cleaning out the germs and other toxins. They gather and build up. Which can cause an overload on your system, and the sinuses become inflamed. And infected.Which can lead to just about any other sickness as well. So if you have any air fresheners...(Air Wizards and your having a lot of colds and stuff, chuck it out.GET RID OF THEM! That would greatly reduce the chances of being reinfected. And also get some saline solution. It is nose drops. They will moisturize the nasal cavity and help wash out anything that prevents your sinuses from becoming dry and irritated. Good luck.
