I have had big changes in the past year. I am 44 years old. Arthritis (past expectations for my age...), sensivity to touch and cold, increase in inflamation and pain, more inflamation feveres at night, impingment syndrome in my shoulders which makes sleeping a nightmare, and very unstable knees despite surgery in my 20's. What is aging with this condition like...what should I plan for...how much longer can I expect to work and walk?
