I also have had a chronic cough for about 3 yrs.I have had all kinds of tests done;I even had an elongated uvula shortened in my mouth.I have been on prilosec for yrs but the only test left that I haven't had is placing a ph probe into my stomach for 24 hrs.I am scheduled to have this done in 1 week but am hesitant about it.I feel like there is something in my throat all the time anyway and don't know if I can tolerate the test.Keep me posted as to your progress.
