My experience with sensitivity to light suggests possible cataracts. Also, if you have trouble with your night vision along with sensitivity to light, another possibility could be retinitis pigmentosa. Of course, a good opthamologist would be able to detect either one with your eye or eyes dialated. Good Luck. I am 41 and have both of the above in both eyes. Just went through cataract surgery. Doing great now.
