It took me seven years to be diagnosed with Blepheraspasm (my eyes blinked constantly) and finally just started clamping closed. It went into Meige Syndrome, a form a facial dystonia. I am hyper-sensitive to light as you are, and my eyes are extremely dry. If you have a NEURO OPTHAMOLOGIST in your area, please try to get an appointment. If you do have a form of this, he WILL be able to diagnose you and help you. I have Botox shots every three months and could not function without them. Hope this will help you as I DO know how frustrating this can be. It took 3 opthamologists and 4 neurologists to finally diagnose me. It is more common in older women than men, but younger people get it also. Pick up some STERILE, dry eye formula like Natural Tears. Good luck and wear the darkest sunglasses you can possibly find.
