I am so glad to finally find some people who can validate my back pain that I believe is related to my ulcer. There is of course a gnawing pain in my stomach, but the pain also sweeps all the way across my chest and my upper back. I think it hurts the most between my shoulder blades. I never had back pain before until this ulcer.
