ulcer related back pain?

Hi, I seem to have the same problem I have a duodenal ulcer what i find is when I am under a lot of stress my ulcer flares up and my back is also involved, stress causes me to tense up and the muscles in my back tighten up so much my back goes out on me for almost 10 days or until I move in some way that my back starts to ease up but when the stress eases up so does my ulcer and my back I hope this helps. also sometimes I have acid reflux and if I take an ant-acid my ulcer flares up so I drink 3 to 4 glasses of water and this helps a lot and my ulcer doesn't flare up but my acid problem goes away... you may want to check into bacteria I heard bacteria in the stomach can cause problems with the ulcer and even seems to be the original culprit in the ulcer starting. Piloria is another culprit here take a blood test for this and any other invading bacteria...lots of organic yogart really helps too...hope you feel better...bye
