I also have mid back pain daily. Not bad when I get up in the morning but as the day goes on...it worsens. This has been going on for 3-4 months. Went to chiropractor and no help. Now I have an acid taste in mouth. I wonder if you can have back pain as your first ulcer symptom. I had an abdomonal ultrasound and all is OK. No stones in GB but a few polyps. Gastro does not seemed concerned about polyps. I am having an endoscopy tomorrow. I hope this sheds some light to my back pain.
