Most people believe that the cause of indigestion is too much stomach acid. The actual problem is the lack of stomach acid/enzymes...sufficient to properly digest the foods in the stomach. Do you have digestive problems? If so, highly recommend acidophilus...DDS+ byUAS Labs..two at bedtime..(last thing in the stomach) and two enzymes..good brand, Essential Enzymes by Source Natural,at each meal and a couple between meals, along with Betaine Hydrochloride(400mg)1 tablet with each meal. If you are dealing with a "bad" bacteria in the intestine that just doesn't seem to clear..(good bacteria is called flora)one tblsp. of apple cider vinegar (preferably from healthstore with the "mother" in it) in 6-8 oz. of warm "Pure" water, first thing in A.M. on empty stomach should really get the bad stuff cleaned out. No tab water unless you have an excellent carbon filter...most tap water is so filled with contaminants, pesticides, etc. enough to cause a lot of the illnesses so prevalent these days. So if you don't have good water..buy the bottled. Use distilled for a couple days ONLY (distilled pulls out impurities out of the system/tissues) then switch to "drinking" water....not Spring water, because again, it has a lot of "natural" contaminants. Since you are dealing with an internal condition...try to follow the above regime as close as possible. Hopefully you will feel better soon. Take Care,Rae, California
