dRINK GALLONS (LITERALLY) OF WATER BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE TRIP. never DRINK any ALCOHOL, NOT EVEN ONE WINE. WATER IS THE ANSWER AND MOST PEOPLE DO NOT BOTHER. i HAD SAME PROBLEM AND WAS PLANNING A HUGE WORLD TRIP. dRANK WATER CONSTANTLY AND HAD NO PROBLEMS. Not even too much in the way of jet lag. GOOD LUCK
