Wilma, I see your post is over a year old, so am interested in how your aunt is. I have a family member, age 84 who has had MG diagnosed for about 10 years. She is on 240 mg mestinon daily. Has other health problems too, so is quite anxious most of the time which aggravates her asthma and contributes to breathing difficulties and she is in and out of the hospital.
