You sure went through a lot to be dignosed. I suffered with severe burning and pain in my right foot after a knee fracture. I had severe edma and my foot turned blue red. I then had bone scans and found both feet were very bad. RSDS causes thinning of the bones amoung other things. It has spread to both feet and legs, my pelvic area , my left hand and face. I am in therapy . The secret is keep moving and don't let anyone do surgery on you. It makes it worse and will travell through you. I take MS conti and Maxx patch for pain and swelling. so far theraphy is working but I do have my flareups If you want to chat about it, email me. Carolyn
