Try gentle relaxation massage. If there is a massage school anywhere near you call and offer to be their model or offer to let students practise on you with the restriction that they start out very gentle with you. It's worth a try. Our daughter takes a malic acid and magnesium supplement for fibromyalgia pain and wouldn't go without it. Gentle stretching is also very good to unwind the tight spasming muscles...keyword is gentle...and exaggerated breathing in and out as you move.
