there is another arthritus related condition....called spondyloarthropathy....Big long word huh? It is spuring on heels and tendons and is secondary to gout...You need to see the right doctor for proper treatment...an x-ray will confirm this condition...and there are meds to help and I know there is one that sometimes helps to "undo" some of the damage....also with gout not all blood pressure pills are used....you need one that is least likely to have an effect on the kidneys. etc... You should see a Rheumatologist...this is a dr that specializes in arthritis related problems...He can help
