Hello to all;may peace be with you.I suffer with muscle and joint pain.It started in '93 with "tennis elbow" and progressed over the years to low then upper back problems;hip pain and eventually tiredness and fatigue. I have always been active,but now must give up many activities that bring too much pain.I've seen many Doctors,and been through many types of therapy;most of which did nothing benificial for me.Short walks,easy stretching and nutritionial suppliments along with massage help to a degree.I take muscle relaxers,pain med. some antidepressant called remeron(new med.) I still feel this medical problem recieves no validity in the eyes of professionals who are there to HELP US. FMS is very frustrating and difficult for me and my family who have had to make adjustments in our home life because I just cannot do everything.No one understands!? Why me? Why us?
