Dear MaryJo: I know exactly how you feel! Some days are just not worth living...but don't give into those feelings! Instead, start treating yourself with kindness.When you are having a bad day just go with it, don't fight it. Take a hot bath, lay on a heating pad, and do nothing. When you are having a good day go out and laugh--find a funny movie, a good friend, whatever it takes. Tbere are no magic cures but rest assured there are many people like us out there suffering too.
