Karyn- I think that the symptoms are very similar, and often confused, but cushings and PCOS are two comletely different disorders. Two symptoms that are unique to cushings are a moon shaped face, and a hump at the base of the neck, on the spine. Also the weight is stored mostly in the central part of the body while the limbs stay of normal size.
