Haven't found out for sure if I have HH. Will find out on Oct. 3, 2000. Would love to be involved with a chat group. www.lef.org/protocols/prtcl-056.shtml has good info on possible dietary remedies. Calcium is suppose to be good, but heard this week about some lead in calcium depending on origin of calcium. I will check with my Dr. on these therapies when I see him. www.vrg.org/nutrition/iron.htm gives a list of Iron in the vegan diet. More iron in some green veg than in some meats. Not sure how much can be controlled by diet, phlebotomy is recommended. PLEASE LET ME KNOW ABOUT A CHAT GROUP.
