I had hypoglycemia for years and my sugar would go so low I would be comotose and my husband would get orange juice concentrate into the side of my mouth and I would arouse enough to take food. Do eat every two hours at least and make it protein foods. I always carried nuts, hard candy, cheese and crackers when I went out. Stay away from all sugar and watch intake of fresh fruit. Go to health food store and buy a good book. Try not getting stressed as that will really do you in.
