If you use caffeine, STOP. It's the worst thing for my hypoglycemia. I have had hypoglycemia for many years. My advice is avoid stress, learn to relax (meditate, yoga, walk, music...whatever works for you). Give yourself time alone, take care of yourself, LOVE YOURSELF. Make you No. 1 in your life. Eat wholesome foods, complex carbs, high-protein, no sugar, be careful with fresh fruit. Dried fruit is better for me, but always in moderation. No alcohol, no caffeine. For years I was embarassed to tend to my needs to eat often, carry food with me, etc. It was stupid. I hope you are smarter than that. Take care of yourself and do what your body needs. You'll feel a lot better a lot sooner if you do, and in all kinds of ways, too! Good luck.
