Hi Rhonda. I too just got out of the hospital on 2/29 from a 5 day stint in the hospital for cellulitus. Mine started in my foot with blisters and traveled up my leg in 24 hours. I went in the hospital immediately after trying to reduce the swelling with antihistimines and ice. Too me it looked like a bee sting. I was 2 different antibotics and was sent home and mid-lined for 7 days. I will see the surgeon on Friday to get the mid-line removed and make sure the infection is gone. I hope everything is well with you now. It is very scarey for sure.
