I am a dental hygienist in Wyoming and will be educating students (grade school level) about oral health in general. Since I live in Wyoming I see a very high incidence of tobacco (especially smokeless) use in all age groups. I am wondering if someone who has been through oral cancer or is currently fighting the battle could write and include your story in order to educate these students from your viewpoint the dangers of tobacco use and the difficulty of treating such an illness. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
