You have to ask your doctor whether your lymphoma is high or low grade. It looks it is low grade, but you have to very careful. My father has low grade lymphoma that is now in a critical stage. Low stage is not curable, but can be contained for about 5 to 7 years, then you will start to have problems. My father is now on his 7th year and is in a very critical stage. His organs are no longer functioning well and we are praying for a miracle since the cancer cells already reached the brain. Good luck!
