Charlot, Three things that may help. Pick up a copy of The Low Blood Sugar Handbook by Ed and Pat Krimmel (they also have a cookbook). Once you're stabilized (you may be already), you can try some of the things in their cookbook. You may also want to try the Low Carb Cookbook (although be sensible with fat levels - particularly saturated). Also, Michel Montignac's "Eat Yourself Slim" is great. Many of his principles can be adopted to hypoglycemia. (You may have to order this one from the internet though, its hard to find in stores). Finally, I've found that taking a supplement called Glucobalance can help keep your bloodsugar stable and therefore allow you to eat a wider range of food. Hope that gives you some ideas.
