i have had severe excemea since age trying everything available the best things ive found are dove or basis soap, cow utter creme and almay green creme for red blotchy skin which was a miracle until they discontinued it in 1996. for sore cracked hand soaking in milk releives the pain but no healing effect. using glove for any chemical or water contat is advisable. i am also looking into a new aerosol from germany. aveeno oatmeal creme works best for amrs and legs. good luck!!
