Hi Angela, I am a Chiro. Assistant and Massage Therapist. I, too, have scoliosis, I live with discomfort everyday but there is alot you can do to help alleviate some of your pain. Your Chiro can take a measurement of the difference in your legs and give you a lift to wear to compensate. At first you may discover some different discomfort because your body will be readjusting your frame. Lifts are inexpensive ($3-$5), there are many stretches you can do and yoga is the ideal fitness regimen. Learn some self massage techniques, and try to not carry your baby on your hip as this throws your frame off and causes muscle strain and fatigue. Regular chiro adjustments will help overtime as long as you stay on schedule. Also, your fatigue is a different issue but can be related. I suggest going to your library and reading up on all you can and empower yourself! Good luck, let me know if you have any more question. Don't hesitate to email me!
