My sister has a factor 12 defeciency, If it's the same thing you're wondering about, it is a blood disorder where the blood doesn't clot right. my sister will bruise easily and when she bleeds from a cut it bleeds for longer than it would for a normal person. It's not terribly life-threatening, she leads a normal life. I don't know a whole lot about it really but I hope this gives you a little of an idea of what it is.
