My daughter is 42 now and at 13 months I was told she had CP. She was not walking but other then that I could not believe it. Just thought she was slow walking. She is active, works, plays tennis. Fortunately it affected just the left side. We took her to a doctor (specialist) when she was two and he operated on her leg. Second operation about 5 years later. She walks without braces.
