Interestingly I have had very similar problems. My LP shunt has migrated 5 times now, and once again I have a currently migrated shunt. I also have a cyst on the incision site that was drained in Dec 05 of 150 c/c of CSF, but which filled within 3 days. Neuro has given me 4 options ... leave things the way they are and see what happens, knot the end and see what happens, take it all out and see what happens or replace it with a cerebral shunt ... what do you think?
