I am really sorry to hear of your problems! Many, Many women find themselves in your situation!!! The sad thing is women with endo find themselves at the end of their ropes and feel a hyst is the only option left. Staticis show that 60-80% of women, with endo, who have a hyst, will continue to have endo related problems afterwards. A hyst is NOT a cure for endo or it's related problems. From what you have said My best guess is that you still have endo and it is most likely effecting your bowels. since you have had a hyst it is going to be harder for you to find a doctor to take your pain seriously. I don't know why because any doctor has access to the information I just stated. They know a hyst is NOT a cure and that you still have endo. Try to find a bowel surgeon or an Endo specialst. the endometrios Association has website. All you have to do is type in your address an a list of endo specialist in your area will come up. They should be able to point you in the right direction. If you want you can also look at this doctors website for some answers to what might be going on. www.drcook.com. He has lots of great info! Good luck! I hope you find some answers and relief soon! Kimb *ps...I've had endo for 22 yrs!
