Hi,am sorry to hear about your husband. My father died on October 30th, 1999 of pancreatic cancer. He was 55 years old.The doctors gave him 2 chemo treatments then removed him from them because it had already spread so far, to his stomach and his liver, it was already stage 4 when he was diagnosed. My father lived with me and I cared for him 24hrs a day until he died. They gave him 3 months to live and he died 3 months to the day. This has been a terrible tragedy for me and one that I live with everyday, I watched my father suffer with this terrible disease, I watched him die, day by day, minute by minute until he took his last breath. Although I struggle with a sense of failure that I could not save my father, I also know what a blessing it is that the Lord took him home and he is now whole, happy and at peace. I will pray for you, your husband and your family, I do not know his condition at this time or if he has passed away, however, I have experienced this personally and would encourage you to seek support from those who can understand what you are going through.
