Protein, protein, protein! If you can eat vegetable proteins, they are even better for you overall. Protein is in:nuts, seeds, meats, eggs, cheese, etc. So try to incorporate those into your meals. Cereal isn't a good idea for breakfast. Be careful with eating too much vegetables without protein. I always eat a few bites of meat b4 I eat any of my lettuce or veggies, because glucose hits hard and fast and the meat can slow it down if you eat it 1st. It's a good idea to visit a nutritionist, esp. one who has an understanding of non-diabetic hypoglycemia. Good Luck and don't give up.
