Well what i know is you need to eat protein foods, meat, cheese, nuts, eggs, ect. Eat small amounts several times a day. Avoid a lot of sugars and carbohydrates. I can eat pancakes for breakfast and i will have the shakes about an hour later from the fall in blod sugar i suppose, anyway, just have high protein food and I think you will feel much better, for a snack, try cheese or pecans, or a piece of chicken.
