I had this disease. I had surgery on April 17, 2002 and three days later I was admitted back into the hospital because I was running a fever. Some how I was exposed to the infection during my original breast reduction surgery in April. I stayed in the hospital about a month. I'm still dealing with pain. I lost a lot of tissue in both my breast. I had never heard of this disease. I know I am one of the blessed who survived this devasting disease. Jennifer
