Purchase one of the rubber tipped oral hygene tools. Looks like a reddish pointy cone on the end of a goldish metai tool. Mix peroxide, full strength, with baking soda to make a stiff paste. Rinse mouth with full strength peroxide. Then insert tool between each tooth and it's gum and "outline" tooth, slightly separating gum at toothline. Rinse with peroxide again. Then dip your wet tootbrush in the paste and "pack" it into the gumline for entire mouth. After you have done your entire gumline brush teeth and tongue (both sides of tongue--top and underneath) with the remaining baking soda/peroxide paste. Works everytime!
