My blood pressure reading is a little higher than normal. Doctor says that this is Prehypertension stage. It is not very serious so far and I can lower my blood pressure. I am taking medicines for the last many months. But honestly, I am keen to bring it to normal with preferably a controlled diet. I have already started doing exercise and cut down on junk food. Can you suggest a guide and foods that can help in lowering high BP. It would be of much help! Thanks in advance.
