Getting fat drinking diet soda

Apparently two new studies, suggest that diet sodas can cause weight gain. It is suggested that regular soda drinks, with lots of sugar, can help you feel full, but diet soda does not do that, so you eat more.

If, like me, you want to loose weight water seems to be the best drink to choose! Then again, I think we all could have guessed that without the need for an expensive study!
