I have been running every day for the last month and counting my calories in an effort to loose some weight and I am disappointed that I have lost a mere 5 pounds, although I feel great! I suppose that is the most important thing but I really would like loose another 9 or 10 pounds and get back to my weight from a few years ago. Has anyone any suggestions with diet etc that can help. I read a little about a low carb diet - is it worth trying?
