Women who smoke are more likely to go through early menopause and that may put them at higher risk of osteoporosis and heart disease studies of a group of more than 2,000 women by Norwegian researchers have found. The researchers found that women who were currently smoking were 59% more likely than non-smokers to begin menopause before age 45. However, they also found that women who quit smoking before starting menopause were less likely to go through early menopause. So if you are a smoker is it time to stop? Here is another good reason for anyone who smokes to stop, as if you needed any more reasons?
