Hello, I hope someone can help. My boyfriend is 28 years old, and has had a horrible headache since Aug. 29. Today is Sept 4th. He went to the emergency room on sept 1. His blood pressure was at stroke level and they gave him a medicine called 'Lisinopril' to lower his blood pressure. They waited about an hour and his blood pressure went down slightly, but his headache remained. They proceeded to give him a CAT scan. The scan came back normal so the Doctor gave him BP pills and Perkaset for pain. His headaches have not gone away. They are constant and the pain medication doesnt even really touch the pain. His BP goes up and down and now I am mostly concerned with the headache. I believe this pain is causing his BP to rise. I am wondering what could be the cause of this headache. How can we get rid of it? He has a vaporizer that he has been using today, and it seems to be clearing out his sinuses, even though he had no symptoms of any sinus problems. His face is swollen, not to an extreme, but noticeable to us. The swelling is in his 'eyebrow' and right temple...I don't know what to do. Andrea
