Just started about a week ago where there was ringing in both of my ears. It is more like crickets in my ears. It is driving me crazy and when I went to a ear, nose and throat specialist they could only say there is really no cure and that a lot of people have it. They did say to cut down on caffine and ibprofine. Does anyone have any suggestions to get rid of this annoyance.
