I am writing a proposal essay for an english class that I am taking. My proposal is that I feel that all high schools should offer a CPR class and all students should be required to pass this class and become certified prior to being able to graduate. My question is does anyone have any ideas for a paper such as this? I need to know some stastics, good reasons why this should be a law, etc. If anyone has any ideas or comments please e-mail me soon>
